Systems
The customer acquisition system
Paid media is one layer. The system is customer intelligence, creative, acquisition, conversion, measurement, follow-up, and AI used for research and analysis. AI does not run the account.
Layer 01
Customer intelligence
- What it does
- Who the customer is, what they want, and which offer they will actually buy.
- Where it fails
- Spend goes to the wrong person, or the offer does not match the pain.
- What to measure
- Qualified demand, not raw traffic.
- What it looks like
- A home-service offer rewritten around the job people book, not a generic discount.
This is research, offer, and audience work I already do inside accounts.
Layer 02
Creative intelligence
- What it does
- Choose the hook, angle, proof and format worth spending on.
- Where it fails
- Volume of ads goes up. Learning does not.
- What to measure
- Which message earns the purchase or the qualified lead.
- What it looks like
- Product, UGC and offer angles tested against purchases, not likes.
I direct creative strategy and test it in the account. I do not sell a creative factory.
Layer 03
Paid acquisition
- What it does
- Meta, Google and TikTok as channels inside the system.
- Where it fails
- The account is optimized in isolation from the offer and the page.
- What to measure
- Purchases and ROAS for stores. Qualified leads and booked jobs for services.
- What it looks like
- Catalog and Shopping for a store. Search and lead forms for a local service.
This is the proven layer: $20M+ managed, Meta and Google certified.
Layer 04
Conversion
- What it does
- What happens after the click: page, form, call, or checkout.
- Where it fails
- Ads are blamed for a page or offer that cannot convert.
- What to measure
- Conversion rate and cost per outcome that matches the business.
- What it looks like
- A lead form judged on booked jobs, not on how cheap the form fill was.
I align the path and the tracking to the outcome. I do not replace your whole web team.
Layer 05
Measurement
- What it does
- Pixel, CAPI, and the events that decide the next budget move.
- Where it fails
- Decisions get made on numbers the business cannot trust.
- What to measure
- A signal clean enough to scale or to cut.
- What it looks like
- Purchase events for a store. Qualified lead and call events for a service.
Tracking review and conversion setup are part of every engagement.
Layer 06
Revenue operations
- What it does
- The path from lead to a real conversation, booking, or sale.
- Where it fails
- Leads arrive and then sit. Ads get judged on a number sales never sees.
- What to measure
- Booked jobs, qualified pipeline, or revenue, when you can share it.
- What it looks like
- Reporting cost per booked call when the CRM can show what happened after the form.
I connect performance to CRM or revenue data when you can share it. If that link is missing, we say so.
Layer 07
AI automation
- What it does
- Use AI where it speeds research, briefing and analysis.
- Where it fails
- AI is treated as the product, or handed the account.
- What to measure
- Faster, cleaner inputs. Not a promised ROAS lift.
- What it looks like
- Research and account analysis drafted with AI, then decided by a person.
AI supports research and analysis. It does not run campaigns, and agents are not a finished offer.
